a guest whom we love

So we have a house guest these days and unlike the mice and coakroaches and scorpions she is more than welcome!! In fact after having her here 3 days I do not want her to leave!! Ginger came to us through friends that live on another island and hosted her for a few weeks and then recommended she pop over here to stay for a couple weeks and use her plethora of teaching and kid wrangling skills here with our kids and the watoto wa shule...ummm...yes please!!! She is currently doing a VBS type camp for the kids on our team and a few others that we invited for some Wazungu fun (and of course Lusi and her brother...that is a given!) Our kids are loving the special games, singing loud and crazy, stories, crafts and attention for the whole week and tonight she will help me with shule as well...yeah! The are already pumped and peering in the gate every chance they get. And I think their hopes and dreams of more game days will come true :) Welcome to the first day of VBS....
